2 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Cointreau
1 tsp. Blue curacao
1 oz. Peach juice
1 oz. Champagne

Combine vodka, liqueurs and juice in mixing glass. Add ice and stir to chill. Strain into your Swank Martini Glass, top with champagne and stir gently.
