Caribbean Twilight Martini Recipe

With dark rum. Peychaud's bitters were formulated in New Orleans in 1793.

2 oz. Dark rum
1/2 oz. Orange liqueur of choice
1/2 oz. Lemon juice
1 dash Peychaud's bitters
Orange twist for garnish

Combine rum, liqueur and juice in mixing glass. Add ice and stir to chill. Strain into your Swank Martini Glass and garnish.
