When joining a Swank Martini Contest or when Sending a Virtual Postcard, Swank Martini Company holds the right to save your email address, along with the recipient and add the email address along with the names, in the Swank Martini Company email database.

If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend’s name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. Swank Martini Company stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program.

Your friend may contact us at orders@swankmartini.com to request that we remove this information from our database.

We use other third parties (Authotize.net) to provide safe and secure transactions on our site. When you purchase a product, we will share credit card information, addresses, name and contact information as necessary for the third party to provide that service.

When a purchase is made, Swank Martini Company reserves the right to save your contact information after a purchase. Swank Martini Company also reserves the right to add your email address to receive emails about special discounts, deals or new products.
