With Benedictine D. O.M, a cognac infused with aromatic herbs. The Benedictine monks of Normandy abbey began making the liqueur in 1510.
2 oz. Light rum
1 oz. Benedictine
Lemon twist for garnish
Pour rum and liqueur into mixing glass. Add ice and stir to chill. Strain into your Swank Martini Glass and garnish.
