Scotch Irish Shillelagh Martini Recipe
Named after a cudgel or fighting stick this is a wallop of a drink.
2 oz. Scotch
1/2 oz. Sloe gin
1/2 oz. Light rum
1/2 oz. Fresh sour mix
Maraschino Cherry for garnish
Sloe-ly mix together Scotch, sloe gin, light rum, and sour mix in mixing glass. Add some ice and shake with clenched fists. Strain into a solid Swank Martini Glass and gently garnish.
