Senora Caesar Martini

An Italian beauty. Galliano, introduced to most Americans by the Harvey Wallbanger cocktail, is yellow, sweet and intriguingly complex.

2 oz. Light rum
1/2 oz. Galliano
1/2 oz. Fresh sour mix
Lemon twist for garnish

Combine rum, liqueur and sour mix in mixing glass. Add ice and shake. Strain into your Swank Martini Glass and garnish.
