Summer Scotch Cocktail Martini Recipe
Refreshing grapefruit and vermouth make this a perfect summer swig.
2 oz. Scotch
1/2 oz. Dry vermouth
2 oz. Grapefruit juice
Lime twist for garnish
Pour Scotch and vermouth into a mixing glass. Top it off with grapefruit juice. Add some ice and stir till chilled. Strain into Swank Martini Glass and garnish with a twist.
